Reviews and Ratings <br />
Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Resort in Asheville was truly fantastic. The property is extensive, offering loads of activities and beautiful spaces to relax. The staff went above and beyond, making our visit memorable, and the breakfast was simply the best we have experienced on our travels. However, getting to our room involved navigating through some construction, and I wish there were more dining options available for dinner.
My stay at this hotel was quite underwhelming. Despite its beautiful lobby and friendly staff, the experience was marred by a lack of cleanliness and outdated accommodations. The dining options were pricier than expected, but there were some enjoyable moments. Overall, not the retreat I was hoping for, and I would likely search for a different hotel next time.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was convenient for visiting downtown Asheville and the outdoor areas were lovely, I found service to be lacking, with staff appearing disinterested. The rooms were comfortable, but could use some updating, and the dining options were good yet not remarkable. Overall, there were positives, but the service really held back my experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is excellent with easy access to downtown Asheville, and the recreational activities were delightful, the rooms and some services fell short. The dining options were quite good, but the overall condition of the rooms was in need of improvement. Overall, it provides good value for families looking for a variety of amenities and a great location.
The Crowne Plaza Hotel and Resort offers a delightful stay with spacious properties and friendly staff who genuinely care about guest experiences. I particularly enjoyed the high variety and quality of the breakfast, as well as the plethora of activities available on-site. However, it seems that areas of maintenance are needed, with some aspects feeling a bit outdated, and the slow elevator was a minor inconvenience. Overall, it’s a great spot to unwind and enjoy Asheville.
